Muffins - Cooking

Today is our second lesson in cooking, today we made chocolate muffins.

Ingredients and Directions..

Step 1

- 1 1/2 c of SRF

- 1/2 c of sugar, 2 TSP of cocoa

- 1/2 c of milk

-1/2 c of oil 

- 1 egg

Step 2

- Mix well and serve TSP each muffin

Finished product.

- 180c "Bake"

What I have learned during this lesson is that you have to fold the mixture in so that all of the ingredients can be combined together properly.
